Rev. Dr Sheldon Mwesigwa has been elected as the new Bishop of Ankole to replace the outgoing Bishop, the Rt Rev George Tibeesigwa.
The consecration of Rev. Dr. Mwesigwa, the present Dean of the Faculty of Education at Uganda Christian University, Mukono will be at St. James Cathedral in Mbarara on July 18, 2010.
