Employment Law Changes - April 2026

From 6 April 2026, a major reform under the Employment Rights Act 2025 comes into force, bringing some of the most significant updates to the workplace. Such changes affect family leave, sick pay, whilstleblowing protections and redundancy processes. We have produced a summary of the changes below
