Families, Youth and Community Worker
18 Hrs a week (£28,000 - £31,000 pro rata)

St Paul's is seeking an enthusiastic and relational Christian to help grow our ministry with children, young people and families. This exciting role includes coordinating our toddler group and weekly youth drop-in, developing family-focused activites, supporting schools ministry, and helping build connections between families, church and the wider community.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a vibrant Christian faith and a heart for mission
- Enjoys working with children, young people and families
- Is a natural relationship-builder
- Can work well with volunteers, schools and the wider community
- Is organised, proactive and able to use their own initiative
- Can create welcoming spaces where people feel they belong
St Paul's is located on one of the busiest walking routes into Bristol city centre and services the vibrant BS3 community. Our facilities include dedicated children's and youth spaces, a large Crypt, newly upgraded AV facilities and enhanced hospitality spaces
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 pro rate (depending on qualifcations and experience)
