Associate Minister - Bybrook Benefice
The role of Associate Minister in the Bybrook Benefice is a unique and exciting opportunity for an ordained priest to make a significant contribution to the life of the church community. The role is designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing the postholder to develop their own ministry within the group and explore how their talents and gifts can support us and our communities in broadening and developing our faith.
The Bybrook Benefice is comprised of ten parishes to the west of Chippenham in a largely rural area, and the Associate Minister will work closely with the Rector and other members of the ministry team to provide pastoral care, lead worship, and encourage discipleship.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and committed Christian with a strong track record of ministry. They will be a team player with a collaborative approach and excellent communication skills. They will also have a good understanding of team dynamics and leadership practice.
If you are an ordained priest who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a supportive and encouraging environment, then we encourage you to apply.
