Karen didn’t plan on becoming a Licensed Lay Minister; but when she finally listened to God calling her, it opened a new chapter in her life, filled with purpose and joy.
"I never set out to become a Lay Minister, but when I finally said yes to God’s quiet call, I discovered a gift I hadn’t known I needed."
That yes created space for Karen to share Christ’s love - not only in worship but in the ordinary rhythms of community life. Lay ministry gave her freedom to bring her whole self: her voice, her gifts, her joy.
"I’ve found Christ already at work in the places I love most."
Her story reminds us that ministry often begins with a simple yes and grows into something far greater than we imagined.
