You will be a lay or ordained minister of a mainstream protestant tradition and be able to demonstrate an understanding of spiritual well-being within a social or health care setting. An appreciation of the ecumenical and inclusive dimension of this work is essential, as is the ability to shape creative and meaningful worship for older people, especially within ‘The Russets’ our specialist dementia care service set within the Sandford Station site. This is a new position contributing to the delivery of holistic care provision for older people, welcoming service-users from all backgrounds. You will be available to support both residents and staff as part of the wider Pastoral Care Team
