As a Diocese, our purpose is to “create communities of wholeness with Christ at the centre” across our region. But how do we go about supporting that purpose?
As stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us, we believe we must not only pray but also plan for his Kingdom to come. We want to make decisions and provide support in the most fruitful way to advance the Church’s mission and growth. We are currently putting our Diocesan Strategy for 2010-15, “Releasing the energy”, into practice but are also looking to, praying and planning for the future.

“Releasing the energy” is overseen by the Strategy Delivery Team with resources provided by Strategy Support.
Area Deans and deanery leadership teams are responsible for local implementation of the Strategy. If you would like to engage further with any aspect of the Diocesan Strategy, please contact the Area Dean in your deanery.
