Meet the staff


	Director of Education Jackie Waters-Dewhurst provides representation of the DBE, support for the appointment of Headteachers to Church Schools, their induction and continuing professional development. She also acts as liaison with four Local Authorities to maximise the number of church school places and offers consultancy to community schools
	Youth & Children's Adviser Daniel Jones provides church children and youth worker training and support, encouraging networking of these workers and developing links with parish schools.
	Adviser to Schools Katy Staples provides RE teachers with training and resources to ensure RE is well taught in Church and Community schools, and oversees the processes of statutory inspection of Church Schools.
	Assistant Director Jane Brookman manages the Education Department including the administrative staff, Resource Centre and school related finances.
	Administrative team: Jackie Bond is PA to the Diocesan Director and who supports the production of resources for schools. The Resource Centre is open throughout the year except the Christmas/New Year period and Easter weekend. However, if you are making a special journey, please telephone beforehand to ensure we are open.
