Strategy Delivery & Support

The Strategy Delivery Team is responsible for ensuring the Strategy is introduced and embedded in the life of the Diocese. The Strategy Delivery Team consists of:

Mrs Eileen Togneri provides administrative support to the Strategy Delivery Team.



Strategy Support provides the support services for ‘Releasing the energy’, including leadership development in vacancies, Growth Programme support and deanery leadership development. The team is led by Douglas Holt and its members are Paul Rush, George Rendell and a new Leadership Development Adviser who will start next year, funded from external sources. Claire Franklin provides the administrative support to the team.


Douglas Holt Revd Canon Douglas Holt is the Director of Strategy Support, leading the team responsible for providing support services to deaneries and parishes that directly relate to the Strategy. He also carries the additional role of Canon Theologian for Bristol Cathedral.
