The property team are your key point of contact if you are having issues with Clergy housing. This page contains all the guidance and policy for those in clergy housing, or parsonage.

The policies and guidelines apply to benefice houses, glebe team vicarages and Board Corporate properties, including houses subject to Value Linked Loans (VLLs) used to house clergy.

Some curates houses are held under parochial trusts and will be managed according to the policy of the relevant PCC, though the diocese retains responsibility for certain matters in their management. Houses occupied by tenants are subject to variation of policy according to the terms of the tenancy.
