Uganda Fire at Pentecost 12th-27th May, 2012
This Pentecost a well known gospel choir from Uganda toured the diocese. The tour coincided with the arrival of the Olympic Flame in the region and with the Chippenham Deanery Mission – Flame of Hope.
A series of concerts, school visits and youth events were organised across the diocese, giving the opportunity for church members to invite their friends to experience the vibrant faith of Ugandan Christians and to discover how we can encounter God through the lens of another culture.
