Welcome to the “Church Near You” pages which tell you something of the churches in Box. Our parish church is St Thomas à Becket in Church Lane, but we also have services in the small and delightful medieval building at Chapel Plaister. In addition there is very informal worship for children and those who are looking after them, once a month in the Community Centre at Rudloe, and worship for teenagers at TOAST.

The parish of Box is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO. The Diocese of Bristol’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.
